Job Summary

Chandana Group is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily jewellery showroom operations, sales performance, inventory control, and staff management.

Responsibilities

Maintain stock levels and manage inventory
Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance
Prepare & send stock requirement lists to Head Office
Follow up on stock purchases and deliveries
Handle billing, payments, and daily cash processes
Ensure showroom discipline, display standards, and customer satisfaction
Supervise staff and resolve customer issues

Requirements

Jewellery showroom experience is mandatory
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Showroom Manager
Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English
Ability to commute/relocate to Vijayawada & Guntur
