Job Description

1. Operational Excellence:Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and service efficiency. Monitor food preparation and service standards to ensure quality, hygiene, and speed. Ensure compliance with QSR SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), food safety regulations, and health and hygiene standards. 2. Team Management:Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets. Conduct shift briefings to communicate goals, updates, and allocate responsibilities. Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, and overall discipline during the shift. Support training and onboarding of new team members. 3. Customer Service:Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, addressing feedback, and maintaining a guest-first attitude. Handle escalations professionally and ensure guest satisfaction and retention. 4. Inventory & Cash Management:Perform inventory checks and consumption tracking during the shift. Report shortages, wastage, or discrepancies in stock to management. Ensure accurate billing, daily cash reconciliation, and deposit processes. 5. Store Readiness:Ensure the cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of the store is maintained at all times. Conduct periodic inspections to maintain equipment functionality and restaurant upkeep. 6. Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, staff attendance, customer feedback, and incidents. Maintain shift handover records to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory, and cash handling Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments Customer-focused mindset with a can-do attitude Qualifications & Experience:Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline 2–4 years of experience in the QSR, hospitality, or food service industry Prior experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor / Shift In-charge preferred Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (optional but advantageous)
