Role Overview
We are looking for a
high-ownership SharePoint Developer
who not only understands SharePoint and SPFx deeply but can also collaborate with business teams, translate requirements into modern digital solutions, and integrate SharePoint with the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint Development (Modern + SPFx)
Build modern SharePoint Online solutions using
SPFx (React, TypeScript)
.Develop custom web parts, extensions, command sets, and UI customizations.Build reusable components and follow coding best practices and governance.Create responsive layouts, modern pages, site templates, and branding elements.
- Integration & Solution Architecture
Integrate SharePoint with
Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, OneDrive
, and other M365 services.Use
Microsoft Graph API
, REST APIs, and Azure AD apps for deeper integration.Build scalable workflows, approval systems, and automated processes.Collaborate with Azure teams to integrate
Azure Functions, Logic Apps
, or micro-services when required.
- Business Engagement & Soft Skills (High Priority)
Conduct requirement workshops with business users and translate needs into technical design.
Present solution prototypes, wireframes, and architecture in simple, clear language.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and timelines.Train end users, create documentation, and improve adoption of digital workplace solutions.Work cross-functionally with IT, PMO, operations, and leadership teams.
- SharePoint Administration & Governance
Manage site collections, permissions, groups, and governance standards.Maintain metadata, taxonomy, content types, and site structure.Support content migrations using tools like
ShareGate
.Ensure compliance with security, retention, and audit requirements.
Required Technical Skills
4–5 years of hands-on experience with
SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)
.Strong command of
SPFx
, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Experience using
Microsoft Graph API
and SharePoint REST APIs.Hands-on with
Power Automate
and
Power Apps
for business process automation.Understanding of integration patterns within
Microsoft 365
.Good knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions, metadata, and governance.
Strongly Preferred Skills

.PowerShell scripting for admin automation.Understanding of modern DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD for SPFx).Experience with M365 security, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related fields.Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, M365 Developer preferred.
