Job Description

Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of working experience with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer in an enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment. Additionally, you must possess at least 5 years of experience in the IT Industry as a developer or Dev lead. Your expertise should include working knowledge of cloud scripting languages, preferably JavaScript and JSON. Your role will require an excellent advanced understanding and ability to script automated processes. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Portal Scripting in Angular JS - Engage in CSS-based UX/UI design development - Understand Angular-based client-side and server-side scripts - Implement client-side and server-side scripting including Catalog Client Script, Business Rules Script, Actions Script, and Script Includes - Work with client and server APIs such as GlideDialogWindow, Glide Form, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc. - Gain hands-on experience in ITSM, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Active Directory integration, B2B Integration, and Virtual Agent - Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills - Exhibit good oral and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, teamwork, and customer engagement skills - Ensure information accuracy and completeness - Be self-motivated and open to learning all aspects of cloud administration - Willingness to teach and share knowledge with team members and other operational teams - Possess relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Administration certification, ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist in Various Tracks, and ServiceNow Service Portal Certification Qualifications Required: - Strong ITSM process knowledge - Proficiency in Reporting Dashboards - Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Best Practices - Familiarity with Notifications, Workflows, Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST/SOAP Integrations, Service Portal Pages, Widgets, UI Macros, and Virtual Agent - Experience with Client-Server APIs and Script Includes - Skills in JavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JSON - Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of working experience with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer in an enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment.
