About The Role

Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Mobile App, or Virtual Agent.

Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans.

Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.
