Contribute to ServiceNow platform upgrades, including support for SSO and system maintenance. Work in a cross-functional, globally distributed team environment with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD in large, complex enterprise environments. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and HRSD best practices. Strong experience with JavaScript, JSON, REST, SOAP, and web technologies. Hands-on experience working with Agile development tools like Jira or Rally.
