Have CIS- ITSM or CIS-CSM Certification
Perform development and configuration of a variety of areas including, Case Management, Service Portal, Maintain Catalog items
Write advanced scripting in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Script Actions, Scheduled Jobs
Create/configure UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, and SLAs
Integrations knowledge using REST
Hands-on Experience on Service Portal. Creating Widgets, pages etc.
Create and Configure Surveys
Hands-on Experience on Performance Analytics
Have knowledge on workflow build or modify workflows and/or Flow Designer based on the requirements
Provide technical support assistance to diagnose and resolve issues and troubleshoot complex ‘how to’ questions.
