Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to training programs and certifications. • Guide students and working professionals in choosing the right courses based on their career goals. • Counsel walk-ins and manage telephonic/email inquiries efficiently. • Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and maintain CRM records. • Convert leads into enrollments by delivering clear and compelling course information. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or relevant certification in counseling/sales is a plus. • Proven experience (minimum 6 months to 3 years) in academic counseling, student advisory, or education sales. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. • Basic knowledge of IT/technical courses is an added advantage.
