Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform Responsibilities Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development. Participate in solution discussions and contribute to user story creation. Collaborate with Business Analyst, Architect and Technical Lead. Code/configure technical solution as per requirements. Perform Unit testing, resolve defects identified in Unit testing. Develop features, bug fixes and write various Server-side and client-side scripts ServiceNow Integrations using Spokes and custom API with external tools. Manage Production support tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades.
