To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development within a client-facing environment. Proficiency in various ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM, system integrations, and backend/front-end technologies is essential. Additionally, holding relevant certifications such as ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM and ITIL Foundation Certified is required.
