Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer No. of Positions : 2 Experience Required : 3 to 8 Years Shift Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM IST Interview Mode : Virtual Total Rounds of Interview : 2 Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) applications and modules. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, and ACLs. Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics in ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle using REST/SOAP APIs. Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment using Agile methodologies. Manage and maintain update sets, import sets, and transform maps for data management. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance and scalability. Contribute to ServiceNow platform upgrades, including support for SSO and system maintenance. Work in a cross-functional, globally distributed team environment with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD in large, complex enterprise environments. Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and HRSD best practices. Strong experience with JavaScript, JSON, REST, SOAP, and web technologies. Hands-on experience working with Agile development tools like Jira or Rally. Experience developing and supporting global enterprise-scale ServiceNow instances. Preferred Qualifications Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
