Job Description

ServiceNow HRSD Developer | 6 to 10 years | Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad

Experience in Servicenow Development with Servicenow Modules like HRSD
Chief technical designer for ServiceNow code and architecture, responsible for overall ServiceNow code quality
Expertise in HR domain
Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs and notifications
Requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of ServiceNow HRSD
- Develop solutions on the Service Now (SNOW) platform, only within the SNOW HRSM (HR Service Management) scoped application (not ITSM)- Will include Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development and support- Overseeing application and workflow configuration- Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application
Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications
Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules.

Primary Skills:

Strong experience of ServiceNow development with HR Service Delivery.
Hands on experience in IT service management process design
Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.
