Demonstrate, design, and implement the platform modules inline with business needs.
Design, develop and configure out of the box workflows,forms, scripts and create / maintain custom objects to meet businessrequirements using agile methodologies.
Provide expert level support and maintain the ServiceNowplatform as per the agreed service levels (Available, Stable, Performant,Usable and Maintainable)
Work closely with functional teams, architecture teams inpositioning the modules into the landscape.
Play a key role in creating and adapting the designguidelines, best practises together with the Platform Architect, other Leadsand SEs
Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks, including configuration, integration, testing, requirements analysis and solution design.
Worked on full-scale implementation of Servicenow modulesfor ITSM, FSM, ITBM, CSM.
Facilitate workflow enhancements to the ServiceNowapplication including automation and/or additional self-service features andfunctions.
Understand the business needs and rapidly prototype newsolutions. Create and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UIActions and ACLs.
Good hands-on experience on ServiceNow integration withother application/system Using SOAP, REST, JSON
Coach/ guide the current ServiceNow team in support andoperations and projects
Take active part in platform upgrades (impact analysis,identify upgrade path, realize)
Provide technical and thought leadership in both systemintegration and application development, while also promoting best practices inthese areas
Proactively work on limiting the customizations, demo theuseful features, optimize license/support costs, provide reporting &dashboards useful.
Identifies opportunities for asset reuse that reducesoverall solution cost and development time Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experiencein related field
6-10 years of experience in Design, Develop ITapplications
5+ years of implementation/administration experience onServiceNow platform Hands-on experience in development / customization /configuration of ServiceNow modules for ITSM (Request, Incident, Change,Problem, Config), FSM, ITBM and CSM Demonstrates excellent knowledge ofServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems
Strong knowledge on the ServiceNow platform (Out of theBox features, workflows) (Optional) Certifications: ServiceNow Administratoror ServiceNow Implementation Certification of ITIL processes & Agilemethodologies is added advantage Experience as Java Developer, Scrum Masterfor the product team is an added advantage
