  • Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and custom objects to meet business requirements using agile methodologies.
  • Implement ServiceNow modules in line with business needs, including configuration, integration, testing, requirements analysis, and solution design.
  • Provide expert-level support and maintain the ServiceNow platform as per agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and architecture teams to position modules into the landscape.
  • Create and adapt design guidelines, best practices, and play a key role in platform upgrades.
  • Facilitate workflow enhancements to the ServiceNow application, including automation and self-service features.
