Job Description

As a ServiceNow Lead with expert knowledge on the platform, your role is crucial in implementing various modules (ITSM, FSM, ITBM, CSM) to meet business requirements. Your responsibilities include: - Demonstrating, designing, and implementing platform modules according to business needs - Designing, developing, and configuring out-of-the-box workflows, forms, and scripts using agile methodologies - Providing expert support and maintaining the ServiceNow platform based on agreed service levels - Collaborating with functional and architecture teams to position modules effectively - Creating and adapting design guidelines and best practices with other leads - Performing ServiceNow implementation tasks such as configuration, integration, testing, and solution design - Enhancing workflow automation and self-service features in the ServiceNow application - Rapidly prototyping new solutions based on business needs - Configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs - Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using SOAP, REST, and JSON - Coaching and guiding the ServiceNow team in support, operations, and projects - Participating actively in platform upgrades and providing technical leadership in system integration and application development - Demonstrating best practices to limit customizations, optimize costs, and provide useful reporting and dashboards - Identifying opportunities for asset reuse to reduce solution cost and development time Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field - 6-10 years of experience in designing and developing IT applications - 5+ years of implementation/administration experience on the ServiceNow platform - Hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring ServiceNow modules for ITSM, FSM, ITBM, and CSM - Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow toolset and integrations with related systems - Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its out-of-the-box features and workflows Certifications such as ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow Implementation are beneficial, and experience as a Java Developer or Scrum Master for the product team is an added advantage. Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies is also advantageous for this role.,
