Role Overview: We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters who can independently handle end-to-end hiring. The role requires strong exposure to leadership hiring , with additional advantage if you have worked on consulting and IT mandates . Key Responsibilities: Work on senior-level and niche consulting/IT roles independently. Build, manage, and deliver strong candidate pipelines. Share quality profiles with clients within agreed timelines. Conduct candidate assessments, manage engagement, and ensure offer-to-join conversions. Provide regular status updates and ensure adherence to SLAs. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in leadership hiring (mandatory). Exposure to consulting/Big4/technology hiring (preferred). Access and expertise in using Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter . Strong candidate engagement and closure skills. Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision. Work Mode: Remote Why Join Us?
