Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Drive

    residential project sales (luxury/lifestyle housing)

    and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Source and close leads via direct methods as well as through

    channel partner networks

    .
  • Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups, and partnership avenues.
  • Expand and strengthen the

    Channel Partner (CP) network

    , conduct CP empanelments, and train partner teams.
  • Handle

    site visits with customers

    , manage documentation, and ensure customer registration process is smooth.
  • Track and maintain

    MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance records

    .
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, guidelines, and project timelines under competitive market conditions.
  • Recommend and implement

    process improvements

    to optimize sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Undertake extensive travel within the market for lead generation, CP expansion, and client interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with sales leaders to define sales strategies and meet organizational goals.
