Real Estate Sales Manager

Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage end-to-end property sales — from client inquiry to deal closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and client needs. Organize and lead site visits for potential clients. Monitor team performance and provide regular sales reports to management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution. Train and guide sales executives to improve overall performance. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or team handling. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Leadership qualities with a target-oriented approach. Deep understanding of real estate market trends (Noida/Delhi NCR preferred) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
