Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head/ Team Head to lead our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a sales team, developing strategies, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. • Develop and execute strategic business plans for revenue growth and market expansion. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate. • Oversee client meetings, negotiations, and closing of high-value deals. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategy. • Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for the sales team. Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in real estate sales or business leadership. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Strong market knowledge of Gurgaon and NCR real estate sector. • Ability to handle high-value clients and build long-term relationships.
