Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes in real estate. Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding, creating a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future real estate positions, maintaining a continuous pool of qualified candidates. Conduct reference and background checks on candidates to validate their qualifications and suitability.
