Job Description

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source talent for real estate positions, including sales, leasing, property management, and real estate development. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills, experience, and qualifications needed for various roles within the real estate sector. Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, real estate industry-specific platforms, and networking events. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience in real estate transactions and customer relations and their knowledge of market trends and regulations. Verify that candidates meet local and state licensing requirements and possess relevant certifications (e.g., real estate broker’s license). Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes in real estate. Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding, creating a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future real estate positions, maintaining a continuous pool of qualified candidates. Conduct reference and background checks on candidates to validate their qualifications and suitability. Promote diversity and inclusion by fostering equal opportunities throughout the recruitment process.
