Job Description

Develop SailPoint ServiceNow applications with focus on backend and full-stack engineering.
Work on ServiceNow client-side scripting, developing widgets, backend scripts, and web services.
Collaborate with peers for grooming, design, development, and code reviews.
Produce design documents, analysis documents, architecture diagrams, and rough estimates based on product requirements.
Develop unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features.
Contribute to onboarding and training of new resources.
Provide product demos to internal stakeholders and customers.
Resolve customer queries and escalations related to ServiceNow applications.
Create new environments as required for development and testing.
