Senior ServiceNow Engineer

You have an exciting opportunity in Hyderabad, India for a ServiceNow Lead with 8-10 years of experience. As a ServiceNow Lead, you will be responsible for demonstrating, designing, and implementing various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, FSM, ITBM, CSM) to meet business needs. You will need to have expert knowledge of the platform, in-depth understanding of ITIL processes, and excellent design and behavioral skills. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and configuring workflows, forms, scripts, and custom objects using agile methodologies. You will provide expert-level support and maintain the ServiceNow platform as per agreed service levels. Working closely with functional and architecture teams is crucial for positioning modules into the landscape. Additionally, you will be involved in ServiceNow implementation tasks such as configuration, integration, testing, requirements analysis, and solution design. Your hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON will be valuable. Coaching and guiding the current ServiceNow team, participating in platform upgrades, and providing technical leadership will also be part of your role. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, along with 6-10 years of experience in designing and developing IT applications. You must have 5+ years of implementation/administration experience on the ServiceNow platform with hands-on experience in customizing various modules. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, certifications in ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation, and experience with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies would be advantageous.
