Associate Delivery Head- IT Infrastructure

As a Team Manager at Colruyt Group India, you will play a crucial role in leading the Infrastructure team and collaborating closely with counterparts in Belgium. Your strategic leadership skills will be vital in ensuring service delivery, team development, and cross-border cooperation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead infrastructure services spanning application platforms, networks, servers, and end-user devices. - Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure systems. - Supervise daily operations, including incident management, maintenance, and service optimization. - Engage proactively with stakeholders to align infrastructure services with business needs. - Monitor service levels to maintain compliance with global standards. **Global Collaboration & Coordination:** - Act as a liaison between infrastructure teams in India and Belgium. - Foster a culture of collaboration and shared ownership across geographies. - Coordinate joint initiatives, knowledge sharing, and process harmonization. - Ensure consistency and scalability of infrastructure decisions across locations. - Promote transparency through structured communication and regular updates. **Leadership & Strategy:** - Cultivate a high-performance culture anchored in accountability and teamwork. - Inspire the team to achieve strategic goals and deliver reliable infrastructure services. - Stay updated on industry trends to enhance team capabilities. - Make informed decisions and implement them effectively. - Uphold Colruyt Group's values and nurture a positive work environment. **People Development:** - Manage a diverse team of infrastructure professionals. - Provide coaching, feedback, and career guidance. - Plan and organize team resources to meet service demands. - Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning. - Encourage ownership and accountability within the team. **Qualifications:** - **Overall Experience:** Minimum 18+ years in IT Infrastructure Management, covering application hosting, network operations, server platforms, and end-user device support. - **Project & Service Delivery:** At least 5 years leading infrastructure projects or service delivery initiatives, preferably in Waterfall and Agile environments. - **People Management:** Minimum 3 years of core people management experience, leading teams of 15+ members with diverse roles. - **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Experience in managing cross-functional teams in application support, network engineering, server administration, and end-user services. - **Vendor & Partner Management:** Demonstrated experience in managing external vendors and service providers to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with organizational goals.,
