Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate willutilize their expertise in data analysis, visualization, and businessintelligence to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights thatdrive business strategies and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Preparation: - Collect, clean,integrate, and manage data from multiple sources to build a comprehensive datalandscape. - Ensure dataaccuracy, validation, and reliability through rigorous quality checks. Data Analysis: - Conductexploratory and in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, andanomalies. - Provide solutionsto specific business challenges by using statistical techniques and advanceddata analysis. Dashboard & Report Development: - Design, develop,and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, making dataaccessible and actionable. - Customize reportsbased on business needs and ensure that visualizations are user-friendly andinsightful. Business Insights & Recommendations: - Interpret datafindings to generate actionable insights and recommendations that align withbusiness objectives. - Communicatefindings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate withcross-functional teams, to meet data needs and drive business growth. - Serve as a dataexpert, guiding teams on best practices for data analysis and reporting. Data Documentation & Quality Assurance: - Document datasources, transformations, and reporting processes. - Implement dataquality checks and address data integrity issues by collaborating with relevantteams. Mentoring & Leadership: - Mentor junioranalysts and provide guidance on analytical tools, techniques, and bestpractices. - Leadcross-functional projects that require advanced analytical expertise. Requirements Qualifications: Education: - Bachelors orMasters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, ora related field. Experience: 8-10 years ofexperience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. -Proven experiencewith data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data querying languages(SQL, Python). Technical Skills: - Strong proficiencyin Power BI, including DAX and Power Query for creating interactivedashboards. - Experience inbuilding reports in Business Objects (SAP BO) - Advanced knowledgeof SQL for querying and managing large datasets. - Experience withPython for data manipulation and advanced analytics. - Knowledge of ETLprocesses and tools for data integration and transformation. - Experience inTableau reporting is an advantage. - Familiarity withcloud platforms like Azure, and experience with data warehouses and data lakes. Soft Skills: - Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strongcommunication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights todiverse audiences. - Ability to workindependently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the retail industry. - Familiarity with machine learning techniques forpredictive analytics is a plus.
