Description
You are a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Senior with a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM). Your responsibilities include leading the implementation and customization of ServiceNow CSM solutions, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and ensuring the successful translation of business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, you will be involved in platform development, integration development, customization and configuration, ServiceNow administration, platform upgrades and patching, quality assurance and testing, documentation, problem resolution, continuous improvement, collaboration and communication, mentorship, and leadership. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and components, design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, configure and customize ServiceNow modules and applications, administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, plan and execute platform upgrades, perform thorough testing of developed solutions, create technical documentation, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide mentorship to junior developers. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow CSM, including implementation, customization, and administration. You should also have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and data model, technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages, excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams, ServiceNow certifications in CSM and ITSM (strongly preferred), experience with Agile development methodologies, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science engineering or certification in related fields.,
