We are looking for a skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing ITSM solutions using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience with ServiceNow development.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.
