Role Overview: As a Solution Provider at Wipro Limited, your role is to bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver client solutions effectively. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end processes, providing techno-functional support, and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Bridging the gap between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise - Driving business requirement management, integration, configuration, and production deployment for new business implementation projects - Checking the feasibility of change requirements and offering optimal solutions with clear timelines - Providing techno-functional support for new business implementations, including system building from scratch - Supporting the solutioning team in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation - Understanding and implementing functional and technical designs on the ERP system - Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products through coding, testing, and production - Implementing business processes and requirements on ERP technology to create ERP solutions - Writing code according to developmental standards and deciding on the implementation methodology - Offering product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving technical queries and problems - Creating and deploying automation tools/solutions for process optimization and increased efficiency - Providing solutioning advice to clients or internal teams based on technical and functional project requirements - Supporting on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and offering off-site support Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skill: ServiceNow Testing - Experience: 5-8 years Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company that focuses on innovative solutions for complex digital transformation needs.
