About the Role

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers with hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities(ITSM + ANY OTHER TWO Modules +INTEGRATIONS)

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across modules
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request)
• CMDB & Discovery / Service Mapping
• ITOM (Event, Discovery, Orchestration, Cloud Provisioning)
• ITAM (HAM/SAM)
• HRSD (HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events)
• FSM (Field Service Management)
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• SecOps (Vulnerability Response, IRM/GRC modules)
• PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
• App Engine / Custom Application Development
• Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Build and enhance catalog items, workflows, integrations and process automations.
• Implement and support Service Portal and UI Builder customizations.
• Configure and maintain data models, CMDB relationships, service dependencies.
• Create and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
• Assist in upgrade activities, testing, and fixing platform issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and solution designs.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

For 2 - 4 Years Experience (JuniorMid Level)

• Strong understanding of ITSM, Catalog, Workflow, and basic scripting.
• Experience with client/server-side scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, or HRSD (added advantage).
• Experience in building simple integrations (REST/SOAP).

For 4 - 7 Years Experience (Mid–Senior Level)

• Deep knowledge of multiple modules (ITSM + ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/CSM).
• Strong scripting expertise and advanced development experience.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience in Service Portal, UI Builder, and custom widgets.
• Strong integration experience with third-party tools.
• Ability to handle complex configurations and enhancements independently.

For 7 - 10 Years Experience (Senior/Lead Level)

• Expertise across 3–5 modules with strong architectural understanding.
• Experience in design, solutioning, and leading implementations.
• Ability to create custom scoped apps using App Engine.
• Strong experience with Integration Hub, MID Server, Orchestration.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure platform governance.
• Ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and translate them to technical solutions.

Preferred Certifications(ANY)

• ServiceNow CSA (mandatory or preferred)
• CIS in one or more modules:
• CIS-ITSM
• CIS-Discovery/CMDB
• CIS-ITOM
• CIS-HRSD
• CIS-CSM
• CIS-SPM/PPM
• CIS-SecOps (VR/IRM)
• CAD (Application Developer) certification is a strong plus.
