About the Role:

experienced UI/UX Designer

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and enhance user experience.
• Advocate for mobile-first design principles, ensuring responsive, accessible, and intuitive experiences across all devices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into your work.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviews.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and maintain consistency across products.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-15 years in UI/UX design for

  modern web

  and

  mobile(ios & android)

  applications.
• Design Tools: Proficient in

  Figma

  , Adobe XD, Sketch, and related prototyping tools.
• Design Thinking: Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking methodologies, and problem-solving skills.
• Mobile-First Design: Expertise in creating responsive and adaptive experiences for multiple devices.
• User Research: Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights.
• Should posses skill with Google Maps, Apple maps and the interactions with it.
• Interaction Design: Ability to design intuitive and interactive interfaces.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects with measurable impact.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design concepts and justify design decisions.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers.
• Experience designing enterprise applications or complex SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems for large-scale applications.
• Background in motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
• Experience mentoring or leading design teams.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience excellence.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
