Job Description

Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for websites and digital products.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Design visually appealing, responsive, and scalable interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
  • Ensure brand consistency and usability across all platforms.
  • Mentor junior designers and review design outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for websites and products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating website and product design expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience working with developers and product teams in Agile environments.
  • Excellent visual design, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing SaaS or enterprise products.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS basics).
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics.


Job Location: Trivandrum

Salary Package: 5LPA to 8LPA
