Senior UI UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior UI UX Designer, you will work closely with founders, design, software, operations team to address user problems. You will apply your UX knowledge to enhance design processes, lead collaborative design sessions, create mock-ups, and develop interactive prototypes. Your role will also involve optimizing existing designs to align with Brand and Design systems. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with founders, design, software, operations team to address user problems. - Apply UX knowledge to enhance design processes. - Lead collaborative design sessions, including sketching and ideation. - Create low-fidelity mock-ups to conceptualize design strategies and interaction behavior. - Develop designs using sitemaps, wireframes, graphics, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. - Optimize existing designs to align with Brand and Design systems. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, etc. - Strong understanding of concept modeling, user-centered design principles, and UX. - Excellent communication and visual design skills with a good grasp of UI principles, typography, layouts, and palette development. - Knowledge of illustrations and motion graphics is a plus.
