Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our technology team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITAM, ITOM, Vulnerability Response, IRM, and SecOps modules.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that strengthen IT service management, security operations, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules including ITAM, ITOM, Vulnerability Response, IRM, and SecOps. Customize workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, catalog items, and integrations. Gather business requirements and convert them into functional/technical specifications. Implement automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Discovery. Perform instance administration, upgrades, performance tuning, and platform maintenance. Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server. Support security and IT teams in incident response, risk management, and asset lifecycle processes. Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Follow best development practices, coding standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Expertise in ITAM, ITOM, Vulnerability Response, IRM, and SecOps modules. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and MID Server. Understanding of ITSM, ITIL processes, and platform architecture. Experience with Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITOM/IRM/SecOps).
