1) System Administrator certification Nice to Have , CAD certification

2) Hands-On experience on out of the box applications like ITSM, CSM and custom application development

3) Service portal development experience will be an advantage

4) Good exposer on ServiceNow platform, having good knowledge on ServiceNow components like client scripts, business rules, ACL, Script includes, UI pages, Ui actions, work flows, flow designer...

5) Good experience on ServiceNow integration is mandatory.
