Job Description

The team will be responsible to manage the ServiceNow implementation by enhancing the platform’s capability through custom development (scripting), making database/REST calls.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
Implement complex workflows, integrations, and automations
Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions
Optimize existing processes within the ServiceNow platform
Ensure solution quality, performance, and security
Support upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
Create documentation and share knowledge within the team

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent
5 – 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer/ administrator, ideally in complex enterprise environments (ideally with certifications)
Excellent communications skills (in English), must have extensively worked in a collaborative international environment
Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration
Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar

Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
