Job Description

Immediate to 45 Days

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow
Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts
Create and enhance ServiceNow forms, workflows, and automated processes
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and platform enhancements
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance
Prepare technical documentation and maintain system knowledge base

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and platform configuration
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules (as per requirement)
Good understanding of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, CMDB, and Workflow automation
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations, Web Services, and APIs
Knowledge of ServiceNow UI/UX customization, portals, and widgets
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environment
Working knowledge of ITIL concepts is preferred
