Your Role

Design and implement CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships in ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain Discovery patterns and integrations to populate CMDB.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with CMDB policies and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define CI attributes, lifecycle states, and reconciliation rules.
Automate CMDB processes using ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripts.
Perform regular audits and health checks of CMDB data.
Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related issues and incidents.
Document CMDB architecture, processes, and procedures.

Your Profile

9 to 12 years of enterprise IT experience with advanced expertise in ServiceNow implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Configuration Management.
Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven experience in developing, designing, configuring, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and service catalog requests tailored to business needs.
