ServiceNow CMDB Developer

As a Configuration Manager-ServiceNow, your role involves implementing, managing, and configuring ServiceNow Discovery to automate IT asset identification and tracking. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining connections with various data sources using ServiceNow Graph Connectors. Additionally, you will oversee data governance, define the structure of the configuration management system, and supervise mapping and discovery activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the tracking and managing of update sets for system changes across environments. - Understanding business context and translating business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation. - Conducting regular audits across CI types and implementing data repair actions. - Performing day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow Discovery initiatives. - Implementing, managing, and configuring Agent Client Collector (ACC) within the ServiceNow platform. - Diagnosing and isolating incidents through testing and working to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system-related issues. - Developing clear and concise technical and process documentation. Your qualifications should include expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, data governance, and configuration management systems. You should also have experience in working with various data sources and implementing IT asset tracking solutions. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are essential for this role.,
