The ServiceNow Business Analyst will play a key role in driving the implementation ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) domains. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders, including business and IT teams, to identify requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful adoption and usage of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• The ServiceNow Business Analyst serves as a translator between technical teams and the clients business community to collect, clarify, analyse, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.
• This position is within the context of an Agile team employing Scrum development framework.
• The Business Analyst defines detailed stories and epics, with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and ICF s technology team and facilitates meetings with client and internal technical and operational teams establish demand intake process and animate intake reviews
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains
• Define detailed stories and epics for based on business requirements Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and usage of ServiceNow solutions, Collaborate with other teams such as Service Desk, Operations, and Infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization

Deliverables:

Detailed documentation of requirements, design, and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, impact analysis Define KPI & success metrics. Training materials and user guides for end-users

Stakeholders:

• Business stakeholders across various departments such as R&D, Business units, Finance, HR, and Procurement IT teams such ServiceNow Implementation teams, Service Desk, Operations, and Infrastructure ServiceNow implementation partners and vendors Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and Configuration Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
