Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location – Remote

Work timings: 3 pm to 11 PM IST

Note - Need Immediate Joiners only

Need Techno functional Candidates , Who have hands on experience on ServiceNow Platform

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation
Good experience in Agile.
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
Excellent communication skills

ServiceNow modules

Certifications :

CSA mandatory + any 1 other certification

ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred.

Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) is beneficial.
