Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for ServiceNow & Uipath implementations and enhancements Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to identify areas for process improvement and optimization Develop user stories, workflows, process maps, and detailed functional specifications to support the ServiceNow platform's configuration and development Develop user stories, workflows, process maps, and detailed functional specifications to support Uipath Automation opportunities Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure that all solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements Assist in designing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB Monitor and analyze ServiceNow performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and governance in ServiceNow implementation and usage Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress, risks, and findings to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in ServiceNow or ITSM platforms Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules, including Experience With The ServiceNow Platform And Its Capabilities Proficient in business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and requirements gathering techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles is highly preferred Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus Some Knowledge or understanding of Uipath is advantageous #FCMIN
