Job Description

As an experienced professional in IT Service Management, you will be responsible for leading ITSM customer working groups to gather enhancement requirements for existing ServiceNow tools and processes. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers and collaboration with both onshore and offshore development teams to identify areas for process and tooling improvement. You will play a key role in defining and assessing gaps, creating functional specifications for target state processes, and working closely with development teams throughout all project phases. Additionally, you will be required to develop test strategies, actively participate in the testing phase, and coordinate user acceptance testing with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements. Collaboration with Business Analysts in other ITSM streams, active participation in customer and stakeholder engagement sessions, and taking ownership throughout the project lifecycle will be essential aspects of your role. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of operating processes and toolset enhancements. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of how ServiceNow delivers IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Business Management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance services to organizations. Exposure to key modules such as Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalogue is necessary. Furthermore, your experience in business and operational architecture design, along with a solid understanding of the implications on adjacent business areas, will be valuable assets. Your in-depth knowledge of the services and products offered by Service Management and the business areas supported will enable you to drive successful outcomes in this dynamic environment. Your familiarity with Agile methods, including SCRUM, will be advantageous in this role.
