Location: Chennai and Hyderabad

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer who is passionate about creating seamless digital workflow solutions. If you love solving real business problems through smart automation and innovative platform solutions, this is your chance to make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate integration with third-party systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs.
Ensure platform stability by conducting regular system upgrades and patches.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Provide ongoing support and enhancement of existing ServiceNow solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and performance optimization.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
