Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Onsite – Chennai Clarium Office (Fulltime/Contract)

Job Summary:

Clarium is an experienced ServiceNow Architect (GRC) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in ServiceNow with strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.The Architect will partner with business stakeholders, security, compliance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow GRC solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Translate business, regulatory, and compliance requirements into ServiceNow workflows, data models, and reporting dashboards.
• Define solution architecture, integrations, and migration strategies from legacy GRC platforms (Archer, MetricStream, RSA, etc.).
• Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for ServiceNow GRC development.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify KPIs, success metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution validation sessions with CISO, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
• Oversee data migration and integrations with HR, ITSM, ERP, and security monitoring tools (Splunk, Qualys, etc.).
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
• Mentor developers and administrators, guiding them on ServiceNow development, workflows, and scripting.
• Support testing (SIT, UAT), training, and go-live phases.
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow roadmap, upgrades, and emerging GRC capabilities.

Required Qualification:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture and development.

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementations.

• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, compliance standards, and audit practices (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs).

• Experience with data migration from legacy GRC platforms (RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc.).

• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, ITSM, security, and IT risk management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executives and technical teams.

• ServiceNow certifications preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
