Service Now Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect at the US Based IT Company in Pune, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SAM. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end green field implementation lifecycle and integration with third party systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement use cases involving uni and/or bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and 3rd party systems - Conduct process flow analysis and redesign processes as needed - Share best practices and provide consultation during the technical design phase - Produce detailed functional design documents to align with customer requirements - Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and Project Manager to drive technical implementation - Provide effective demos and workshops, showcasing expertise in ServiceNow best practices - Proactively come up with solution ideas aligned with business objectives - Implement customizations and leverage advanced ServiceNow features like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics - Utilize ServiceNow scripting, scripted APIs, and core platform constructs effectively - Have a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation lifecycle experience Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in ITSM, ServiceNow, and Java - ITIL certification - ServiceNow certified CAD/CIS preferred - Excellent communication, consulting, and documentation skills If you are interested in this position, please share your updated resume at chandni@thepremierconsultants.com.,
