Service Now Architect

As a Platform Architect, your role involves documenting the overall platform design and analyzing the impact of new requirements. Here are the key responsibilities you will be expected to fulfill: - Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes. - Help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model. - Support design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption. - Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices. - Offer guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment. - Advise on configuration and coding standards. - Support remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 3 modules experience and minimum 3 product implementation experience. - Certifications in CSA, CAD, and 2 CIS. Your ideal experience should encompass: - Enterprise Security and Architecture. - Enterprise and/or IT Service Management. - ServiceNow advanced system administration. - ServiceNow application development. - Experience with database design schemas and data modeling. - Strong requirements gathering experience. Please note that the role demands a minimum of 15+ years of experience. The location for this position is PAN India, and the shift timings are General Shift.
