About Position:

We are hiring for Service now architect with hands-on experience in ITSM,HRSD,CMDB, etc.,

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, and SAM modules.
• Conduct detailed analysis of requirements and provide architectural sign-off.
• Handle RFPs, estimations, and solution proposals for enterprise clients.
• Manage and mentor ServiceNow development teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices and ensure quality delivery.
• ITSM fundamentals for all ServiceNow implementations.
• ITOM and HRSD (mandatory), HAM and SAM lifecycle management.
• Other ServiceNow modules are good to have.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation across multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, and SAM.
• Experience in analysis, RFP handling, estimations, and solution design.
• Ability to manage teams and groom resources for success.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules and integrations.
• Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization.
