Job Description

Position : Service Manager – Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers
Handle
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
and ensure timely execution
Resolve customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Coordinate across departments for smooth service delivery (cross-functional role)
Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians
Ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols
Maintain service documentation and performance reports
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements
Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers

Desired Profile:

BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities
Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
Effective communication and customer relationship skills
