Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager, located in Pune. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, servicing, and maintenance of electrical control panels and related systems. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, planning and scheduling service activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints. The role requires close collaboration with the engineering team to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in Electrical Control Panels and Power Distribution Systems
Project Management and Team Coordination skills
Technical Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving abilities
Customer Service and Client Communication skills
Knowledge of Energy Monitoring and Power Factor Correction
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work on-site and coordinate with various teams
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Relevant industry certifications or professional training is a plus
