In this role, you will be responsible for managing our marketing website, handling all social media platforms, and coming up with fresh, out-of-the-box marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update the company website (content, layout, SEO basics) - Plan and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. - Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and grow social media followers - Develop creative marketing ideas to boost brand visibility - Coordinate with the design team for marketing materials - Track website and social media performance using basic analytics - Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends - Support execution of online and offline marketing campaigns Key Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Familiar with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) - Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand - Creative thinker with a basic understanding of SEO and content writing - Up to date with current social media trends - Strong communication and writing skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Experience with Canva, Buffer, or other social media scheduling tools - Knowledge of Google Analytics - Basic photo and video editing skills What We Offer: A creative and supportive work environment.
