Job Title: Service Manager – BMW Motorrad
Location: Ormanjhi, Ranchi
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years (Premium Two-Wheeler Service Manager experience mandatory)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our BMW Motorrad Service operations in Ormanjhi. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing premium two-wheeler service operations, with strong leadership skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire service department operations for BMW Motorrad.
• Ensure premium customer experience through efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff.
• Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with OEM (BMW Motorrad) for technical support, warranty claims, and service updates.
• Drive CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores by ensuring best practices.
• Implement SOPs, maintain workshop discipline, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze service reports, revenue targets, and cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager in the premium bike (two-wheeler) segment.
• Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles (preferably premium brands).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver a luxury brand experience.
• Graduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.

Salary: Rs 25000/- - Rs 30000/-
